Preview & Upload & Add-ons
Preview your listing before it goes live and check that the information is correct. You can also choose additional REVS property services if you need professional help with things such as photography, floorplans, copywriting, brochures or other available services.
Pay The Flat Fee
Choose the listing option that suits you. $649 realestate.com.au. $499 domain.com.au. $849 both major property portals. $180 private rental listing. Private sale listings have no percentage sales commission. Private rental listings have no ongoing percentage-based property management fee.
Go Live
You choose when you are ready to go live. Once published, your property can appear on the selected property portals. For sale listings, each property receives its own unique 4-digit property code. Buyers can use this code to contact the seller through the REVS enquiry system. For private rental listings, prospective tenants can enquire through the available REVS listing and enquiry process.
